Fire Warden Training using a Fire Demonstrator

This course is of bespoke design for individuals who have designated additional Fire Safety responsibilities, which include assisting in the safe evacuation of a building in the event of an emergency and the day to day management of fire precautions. The course can be tailored to suit varying industries and can range in duration from 2-2.5 hours and includes a practical session on extinguishers within the course content and takes approximately 30 - 40 minutes, depending on the number of delegates.


The fire extinguisher training session, is carried out using a fire simulator which is fuelled by LPG, which produces realistic heat and flames but no dirty smoke or oily residue. The fire simulator can be set up in a small area of a car park or a yard and gives every student the opportunity of putting out real fires using fire extinguishers. The different fire simulations that can be produced using the fire simulator allowing for all classes of fire to be dealt with, ensuring training sessions cover all scenarios likely to be encountered, leaving students competent and confident in the use of all types of fire extinguishers and fire situations.
