"Bryan carried out a Fire Awareness and Extinguisher Training course at our premises for our 10 members of staff last week. The session lasted about an hour and a half and was engaging, informative and enjoyable. Almost everyone who attended gave positive feedback (and I don't think they were expecting to enjoy it) which was really good to hear.

Bryan was flexible on timings which enabled us to book the training at a time which suited us best.

There was a presentation with a hard-hitting video demonstration which re-inforced Bryan's words well. The extinguisher training was hands on and really useful to understand how they work and feel. I think we are much better prepared now in the event of fire but very aware of the size of fire we are able to tackle with extinguishers and the speed in which it can grow.

Overall, the course represented good value for money, and delivered great practical fire awareness training. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bryan to other businesses (and in fact have already done so)...."

Head Teacher Pembridge CE Primary School

"As a new Head teacher I was very daunted by the prospect of managing the fire risk assessment policies and procedures, especially as the school has undergone a quite considerable refurbishment over the last 3 years. Bryan was brilliant. He has a very down to earth approach and supported me in a friendly, professional manner. Bryan clearly outlined my responsibilities and explained every step of the risk assessment process as we walked around the premises together. The fire risk assessment pack is fantastic value. The layout is clear, detail is comprehensive and the action plan ensures that there is a clear way forward to improve provision. I feel confident that I can now use the pack to guide me in ensuring that we have best practise at Pembridge CE Primary School"

Office Manager Concern Universal

We used the service to review our office space following a refurbishment. Bryan was very clear in explaining what the assessment would cost and entail. The inspection was timely and considerate of other office staff, and the written review was very detailed, yet broken down to be accessible and not too daunting. When we needed clarification on any aspects of the review, and indeed advice unconnected with the review itself, Bryan was helpful, patient and quick to response. We would highly recommend Bryan to anyone wanting to carry out a fire risk assessment as beyond the essentials (qualified, experienced, knowledgeable) he was also considerate of the team/office, adaptable to our needs and crucially able to communicate a lot of specialist information in a digestable, comprehensible way.” 7th October 2010
